Mark Cella On Black Ops

By Mark Cella

Mark Cella on Black Ops

Was 9/11 a Black Op Which Served a Dual Purpose? Elites Gained Endless War and Destruction of Most of the Constitution When They Felled the Twin Towers Using Controlled Demolition.

A black op is a covert operation involving activities which are highly secretive and can be associated with political, military, intelligence, scientific, medical or business agendas.

They're used to manipulate sensitive or controversial issues. It is sometimes helpful to hide behind a smoke-screen to hide the real intention of the action. Black op missions are commonly denied if or when a leak does occur and public knowledge of the coup is made known, as most times the actions of the group are questionable and draw attention to illegal government or corporate activities.

Typically in black ops, a decoy operation is used to present the appearance that responsibility lies with a certain individual or group when a completely different entity is responsible for the carnage.

Mark Cella What is a Black Op?

In looking back and seeing that 9/11 was the catalyst for Bush to declare a state of emergency, which allowed him to establish constitutional dictatorship, it is obviously black op that paved the way for America's entry into the war on Iraq.

It is also the black op that is used to disguise the restriction of civil rights, and it is the justification for the development of the Department of Homeland Security, which has endangered more of the people's rights than any single act of legislation in the history of American government.

A covert operation is traditionally associated with such activities as assassinations, sabotage, spying, military coups, extortion, fraud, supporting resistance movements, weapons testing, torture, trafficking in contraband and other such illegal and questionable government and corporate activities.

Technically, any government operation that is considered classified and to which access to the information is denied is considered a black op, and we all know that our American government has plenty of operations they do not disclose to the voting public.

Mark Cella What are Black Ops?

Covert operations go on all the time in government as demonstrated by the assassination of President Kennedy, the Iran-Contra Affair and Watergate, as well as all the spying that has gone on in the two world wars, Korea, Vietnam and the two gulf wars.

Many times government intelligence agencies are involved in a black op and if that information were made public, it would endanger lives and possibly national security which can be either a good thing or a bad thing.

Because the covertness of the operations can be justified by a need for safety or national security, it leaves a margin of error for those who would seek to defraud the system by using secrecy as a tool for deception rather than a device for protection.

Mark Cella on Black Ops

Many times one covert operation is linked closely with another covert operation and involves many persons or agencies; so it is very difficult to get to discover the whole truth, even if the operation itself is exposed.

To determine who is involved, establish a motive for the crime and prosecute and punish the guilty parties is extremely difficult, as the smoke screen of secrecy is rarely penetrated, and the entire truth is rarely told.

Mark Cella On Homeland Security

By Mark Cella

Mark Cella on Homeland Security

Does the US Department of Homeland Security Really Secure Anything or Does it Work Against the American People? Big Brother is Watching Us More Than We Think.

Many things came from that dreadful September day in 2001, the US Department of Homeland Security was just one amongst many. Terrorist's attacks--or so we were told they were terrorists--were successful on U.S. soil and thousands of Americans died.

Parents were lost; brothers died; children became orphans; families were ripped apart. The sense of security that came with being a citizen of this country was taken, perhaps forever; the US Department of Homeland Security was created.

Never before had such an attack been carried out within the continental United States. Yes, there was Pearl Harbor, another American tragedy that resulted in the loss of thousands of lives, but it was a military installation separated from the bulk of the nation by an ocean.

Many questions arose about how something like this could have happened and why it was not stopped.

Mark Cella What is the Dept of Homeland Security Doing?

After all, it would make sense that coordinating plane crashes into various targets at the same time of day would take years of planning, numerous people, and lots of discussion.
Yet somehow the terrorists involved were able to train and do what was necessary to carry out their cowardly act.

In the days and months following the deadly attacks of September 11, there was much discussion as to why these terrorists were not discovered prior to these attacks and why weren’t they stopped.

Perhaps one of the problems was not a single agency was responsible for keeping the homeland safe.

In fact, there were over 100 government agencies that had some type of responsibility related to homeland security, but none with homeland security as its primary task.

It is no wonder than there was no single entity with enough information to see these attacks coming.

Mark Cella What is the Dept of Homeland Security Doing?

In an attempt to learn from the mistakes of the past and to prevent another attack on American soil, the US Department of Homeland Security was created to be that one agency intended to ensure the homeland would be secure.

One has to wonder whether or not the terrorists considered the September 11 attacks a success. After all, they killed many of those darn infidels and disrupted the harmony in which the nation existed.

Many pundits would probably quickly answer no and refer to the response which the American government and public gave. The government went through the most intensive restructuring in years to improve and reinforce the sense of homeland security. Citizens were more than giving of their time, money, blood, etc.

Shortly after 9/11 this was all true. A look at the state of the nation now tells a different story. What began as the war against terrorism has bogged down into a never ending conflict without a reasonable and definitive end in sight.

Instead of being grateful for increased security at airports, more and more people complain about how long it takes to get through the lines.

Mark Cella What is the Dept of Homeland Security Doing?

The US Department of Homeland Security is even coming up with an automated system for foreign nationals travelling into or out of the U.S. The Patriot Act has been a mess of controversy since it was implemented. More government wiretaps with little or no cause? Whatever happened to the right to privacy?

The government can even read emails that may appear suspicious. How do they differentiate the suspicious from the non-suspicious? More than likely they just read whatever they feel like in hopes of finding suspicious activity.

The US Department of Homeland Security may be keeping us more secure now, but we will not know how secure until the next serious attack is attempted. Maybe it has already happened and the general public does not know. Maybe the government is not telling the public in order not to incite mass hysteria or encourage hate crimes against Muslims.

Is the mass restructuring of the government doing a better job? Citizens of New Orleans would say a resounding NO!

Fast forward from September 2001 till 2009 and we see a United States that is much different. Distrust in the government is rather high with the massive failure to act in New Orleans after Katrina and the suspected unnecessary abuses of civil liberties prominent in the minds of the people. Citizens live in a state of perpetual fear, being told by the government that another attack is coming but they do not know where. Faith in government is down. Fear in the unknown is up.

The creation of the US Department of Homeland Security might just be the symbol of success terrorists worldwide were looking for and not the symbol of security a nation needs.

War Movies That Are Unforgettable And Stirring

By Alexander Herzog

War movies are unlike any other type of film. They can be scary, fun, intense, uplifting, inspirational and filled with gore all at the same time. What other genre of films can you say that about? Over the years, there have been some absolutely sensational films covering the subject of war.

In my opinion, the following are some of the greatest war movies of all time. Forrest Gump does not count.

One film that I regretfully have to put on this list is Braveheart. Regardless of Mr. Gibson's personality and beliefs in real life, he knocked it out of the park with this film. It is not a coincidence that it won the Academy Award for Best Picture of the Year.

Also starring an actor that may not be my favorite person, but can surely deliver a role as good as anyone, is Russell Crowe as the role of Maximus in Gladiator. This may be Joaquin Phoenix's best role as well as Commodus. This is an iconic villain if we have ever seen one.

Schindler's list is probably number one on my list. I feel that above all his other great films, this movie is Steven Spielberg's masterpiece. Liam Neeson and Ben Kingsley are incredible in this movie, and it is no wonder it is ranked as a top 10 film of all time on iMDB.

Another Steven Spielberg directed film, also about World War II that certainly makes my list, is Saving Private Ryan. The first sequence in this movie is one of the most historically important war scenes of all time. A must see for any history enthusiast.

Full Metal Jacket focuses on the Tet Offensive, as well as the mental effects that boot camp had on many soldiers during the Vietnam War. Stanley Kubrick at his finest.

It is amazing to look at this list and realize how many other great films could have made it. I just may have to make another list.

Welsh Terriers A Facing A Struggle

By Owen Jones

Initially, Welsh terriers were bred for hunting rabbits, foxes and badgers, but public opinion and the drop in the lust for blood in general have gone against blood sports and so this native breed of Wales has become a show dog and a pet. Breeders try to surpass each other by breeding the Welsh terrier to have a thicker wiry coat and deeper colouration. The Welsh terrier is also a popular pet because it is one of the most easy-going terriers.

The Welsh terrier is a fun loving dog. It just loves to run, chase and play, which makes it a smashing companion and a perfect pet. Welsh terriers require lots of exercise, so be prepared for plenty of walks, if you make your mind up to get one.

It is a good idea to 'socialize' your dog as soon as possible. This means that you should introduce your Welsh terrier puppy to children and other dogs at an early age. The more you encourage your dog to play with other dogs as a puppy, the less trouble you will have with your dog fighting or barking at other dogs and cats. It's the same story with children. Children can play very roughly, and a dog could be forgiven for biting back, but it can be avoided by introducing your Welsh terrier puppy to children while it is still young. The child might learn respect, but the dog will learn forbearance.

The Welsh terrier is easily trained, if you like your dog to do tricks. it is an intelligent breed and, being former hunters, they are good at learning commands and tricks. Train your Welsh terrier with kindheartedness and reiteration. They like to retrieve sticks and play with a ball. Many people train their Welsh terriers to catch a flying Frisbee too.

A Welsh terrier will groom himself quite meticulously, but you can help out by brushing him once a week in order to eradicate the dead and loose hair. This will also help reduce the amount of hairs dropping inside your house, although terriers in general, and wire-haired dogs in particular do not shed as much hair as soft coated dogs. You could also lend a hand by wiping him over with a moist cloth from time to time in order to pick up any dust on his coat.

A Welsh terrier is very active and very curious, so it is prudent to keep your dog in a yard that has been fenced off. However, the fence needs to be realistically high, because the Welsh terrier has an exceptional ability to jump due to its long legs.

The Welsh terrier is Britain's oldest variety of dog, but it is now under pressure. The British kennel club registers only 300 Welsh terrier puppies a year, whereas it registers tens of thousands of puppies of other, more popular, breeds. The Welsh terrier is a strong-willed animal, so it does need a strong-willed and patient owner.

However. if you want a Welsh terrier and you persevere with it, you will never look back. They have a lot to give and, as with so many things in life, you only get out what you are willing to put in.

How To Access Public Records And The Requirements

By Frank Evans

Public records are ones that are made available for the public to look at with generally few restrictions or limitations. They usually contain some private as well as personal information that must be revealed to the public. Generally, they are because the person is involved with some sort of governmental transaction or else for voluntary reasons.

Public records are usually maintained by different levels of governmental agencies including federal, state and county agencies. Since these public records are meant for viewing by the public, they should be made available for no cost.

If you need to get a hold of a public record, what you need to do is visit the appropriate agency and request to get a hold of whatever you are looking for. You may have to wait to hear back from them, but if there is a public record on file, you may have to pay a fee for certification as well as clerical services.

Since access to public records is intended to be free, then why are there online record search companies that charge fees for their services? They each have their own reasons for doing so.

There are some companies that will charge a fee because they had to buy the documents from the responsible governmental agencies.

Then there are those that really don't charge for the actual document, but they do impose a fee for their services. They maintain huge databases which allows easy and fast search and access to governmental files that take time to sift through.

Do not worry, because even if you cannot or do not want to pay for records, there are plenty of ways to access public records for free on the internet. Searching the web with your favorite search engine for something related to public record free sites is a good way to start.

In addition to this, there are also many government agencies that are starting to maintain public records on the internet for public viewing. And, there are many places on the web to find databases that are free, but they don't usually have the amount of information available as the ones that charge money do.

Hebrew Revived After Hundreds Of Years

By Yoav Greenburg

Today we think of Hebrew as the language of Israel, but it was originally spoken by the children of Abraham, who went down to Egypt, were enslaved there, and who were led forth by Moses. The language was active as the language of a nation for over 1700 years. The Jewish Bible, called the Torah (or the five books of Moses) was written in Hebrew.

Hebrew basically ceased to be a spoken language in 70 C.E. when the Romans destroyed the Jerusalem and the temple. However, Hebrew remained alive, via the study of the Torah and use in Jewish prayers.

Eliezer ben Yehudah (1858-1922) was one of the first Zionists, and is credited with the revival of Hebrew as a modern language. Soon after his arrival in Jerusalem, Ben-Yehuda accepted a teaching position at the Alliance School which became the first school where some courses were taught in Hebrew.

As many young boys of that time period, he began learning Hebrew at a young age. He excelled in his studies, attended a Yeshiva (Talmud academy) in hope that he would become a Rabbi. However, he become interested in the secular world, and attended a Russian "gymnasium" and later the Sarbonne in Paris.

Ben-Yehuda created a three-part action plan: "Hebrew in the Home," "Hebrew in the School," and "Words, Words, Words." Before he moved to Israel, he had successfully tried several lengthy conversations in Hebrew. He made the decision to speak only Hebrew with every Jew he met. Although he was able to speak Hebrew with little problem, there was indeed a shortage of Hebrew words on certain topics.

When his son Itamar Ben-Avi was born in 1882, he made his wife Deborah agree to raise their son as the first all-Hebrew speaking child in modern history. Ben-Yehudah had to coin words for household objects that did not exist in Biblical or prayer-book Hebrew, such as: ice-cream, omelet, towel, and bicycle.

The resurrection of an ancient language to a modern society would only succeed if the younger generation would learn to speak Hebrew fluently. Upon moving to Israel, he started teaching at the Alliance Isralite Universelle School, where the children were from a variety of Jewish communities around the Europe and the mid-East, and thus Hebrew was their only common language. Ben-Yehudah began to use the "direct system" of learning Hebrew (this means teaching the HEbrew language without translations from other languages). After a short time, the students were able to chat with each other about daily topics.

Ben-Yehudah was always a prolific and dedicated writer, often writing for the local newspapers. Eventually, in order to teach adults, he founded his own newspaper, Hahavatzelet. Hebrew lacked many words such as telegram, subscriber, fashion and many others, so he was able to use his scientific study of linguistics to introduce new words.

One of his culminating works was the "Complete Dictionary of Ancient and Modern Hebrew." In 1910 he published the first of six volumes, but the ultimate edition completed by his second wife and son was 17 volumes. Ben-Yehuda also founded "Va'ad HaLashon", the predecessor of the Hebrew Language Academy.

In 1922, the British mandate authorities recognized Hebrew as the official language of the Jews in Palestine. This culminated in his life=long dream being fulfilled, but one month later, he died from tuberculosis which had plagued him numerous years. This was the first time in all of human history where a language that had ceased to be spoken in ancient times, came back to life.
